Teaching Experience

18 years experience teaching and as a Senior Leader in the maintained and Independent sector from ages 2 - 16 years.  I have experience in delivering training and developing  robust literacy initiatives throughout a variety of schools, specialising in Early Literacy, Phonics and Oracy.  I am currently working as an Assistant Head Teacher in a school in Kent as well as studying for a further qualification in Dyscalculia.
